Operations Regional Team Lead
The Operations Regional Team Lead is responsible for the implementation and execution of operational initiatives to support organic growth and revenue retention. This role will manage the commercial and personal lines service teams in the assigned region, to ensure optimization of customer experience, operational efficiencies, change management and transformation. The role will collaborate with and work closely with the operations leadership team. This role will influence and promote a positive culture and work environment. THIS IS A LOCAL HYBRID POSITION.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all commercial lines operations to ensure the best client experience possible.
- Responsible for managing the Commercial Lines employees within assigned region.
- Communicate consistently with Operations Leads and Agency Leadership as necessary.
- Execute operational initiatives that support organic growth and retention goals through collaboration with members of the leadership team.
- Implement standard operating practices creating efficiencies through all processes.
- Responsible for leading and implementing key carrier strategic initiatives to achieve goals.
- Collaboration with human resources around personnel management and employee relations.
- Leverage operational excellence team to support overall optimization goals and utilization.
- Responsible for executing business processes to ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
- Will handle a Commercial book of business as an Account Executive or Senior Account Manager.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, along with a demonstrated attention to detail
- Superior skills in operational leadership, employee development, and employee engagement
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial data and reporting.
- Ability to establish credibility and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders through ethics, integrity, professionalism, and mutual respect.
- Ability to make appropriate and timely key business decisions.
- Effective change management, time management, and follow-up skills
- Proven record of accomplishment of leading a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient computer skills with agency management software systems
- Hybrid environment, where work may be done in a temperature-controlled, non-smoking office.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, or equitable experience.
- Minimum 6 years of technical commercial lines insurance experience.
- Minimum 2 years successfully managing a team.
- P&C License required.
